Very cool electro from Mexico,  combined with Aggrotech, dark electro and industrial. The song is from the album Odio Bajo El Alma which in total is great. Band was created in 1993 by two cousins Erik Garcia and Oscar Mayorga and they have already recorded 10 longplays. Enjoy 🙂
